Adam plays a pivotal role in shaping our vision and guiding principles. He is passionate about providing quality support and works hard to build a team with the same ethos. He believes in fostering long-term relationships with clients and delivering solutions that meet their needs both now and in the future.
Outside of work he has combined his engineering knowledge, woodworking skills, and love of music into the need for a larger shed – where he is happiest taking a block of wood and, very slowly, turning it into an electric guitar.
David loves applying his skills to solve complex problems and create innovative solutions for our clients. He is responsible for leading our service delivery and account management teams, to ensure that we meet the highest standards and are always working proactively for clients.
When not in the driving seat here he will often be found behind the wheel of one of a car (or under the bonnet) and is our go to person if someone has a car issue at work. After recently buying a new electric vehicle he is a lot quieter when pulling into the car park now!
Vanessa oversees the day-to-day management at TechWyse. She loves to organise and is always looking for ways to improve our efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction; as well as ensuring our team are fully supported in their roles.
When she is not busy managing our operations, Vanessa enjoys glass engraving, lino printing and silversmithing – anything that is creative … and the messier the better.
Luke oversees all of our internal technical infrastructure and security, with a wealth of technical knowledge to assist clients with more complex setups. A boundless energy for learning about the latest tech means he is never far from a computer screen or his very long to do list.
Outside of work he loves his food and gaming, and has recently had to become an expert in all things DIY.
Ryan leads our helpdesk engineers, ensuring our workflows are efficient, and our service quality framework is continuously improving.
He works hard to ensure both our clients and colleagues are cared for and enjoying their work each and every day.
Outside of work he spends his time gaming, developing his you tube channel, climbing, and playing guitar.
We suspect that after sitting at his desk all day he finds it very hard to stay still for long outside of work. But that may be from eating lots of sweets!
Niall is our go-to person for making sure clients get the most out of their technology. As a Technical Account Manager, he loves solving problems and finding smart ways to keep things running smoothly.
When he’s not helping clients, Niall can usually be found experimenting in the kitchen, baking something new, or deep into a good strategy gaming session. He’s also a big fan of history, politics, and the occasional binge-worthy series.
He loves our office air fryer, which he campaigned for over many months, and makes exceedingly good sausage rolls!
Uggy leads on projects and all things security and is a qualified ethical hacker. He is also one of our team leaders and always up for a challenge.
Uggy’s smart attire, trendy hats, and cool shades often hide a surprise skill he picked up from growing up in the countryside. He probably has a few unknown skills up his sleeve!
Uggy sometimes also brings in our favourite office entertainment – a beautiful corgi named Bella. The reason we always have a bag of balloons to hand :)
Phebe looks after everyone and everything in the office. Making sure we have everything we need to be ready and fuelled for a day helping clients, as well as helping Ryan monitor tickets, Keegan manage onsite visits, and Ness keep invoicing flowing.
Phebe is also one of our trained mental health first aiders and Vitality champions, encouraging everyone to stay active and healthy.
A fantastic cook and baker, Phebe often brings in tasty treats for everyone to enjoy, whilst also ensuring we have a delicious lunch for our monthly lunch and learns.
