L3 Apprenticeship – Helpdesk Engineer

Shadowfax Technology t/a TechWyse are based near Stansted airport, currently providing IT support services to over two hundred businesses within the M11 corridor. We provide clients with a range of services, including remote support, hardware solutions, telephony, data back-up, cloud and internet services.

We are looking for the next person to join our team, working towards a L3 Information Communication Technician with Solveway.

You will be:

• Smart in appearance

Apprentice Engineer duties:

• Check client backups daily
• Answer support calls and log as tickets
• Assign available engineers who may work with you on a ticket to grow experience
• Ensure your assigned tickets are meeting SLA’s
• Assist other engineers with their work
• Attend client sites when required
• Update or close all tickets assigned to you at the end of each day
• Complete all apprenticeship coursework
• Attend training as required and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills

A full driving license is required.
