Local IT Support company TechWyse raise money for Mid and North East Essex Mind for third year!

This month, several dedicated members of the TechWyse team once again laced up their running shoes and enthusiastically took on the exhilarating challenge of the Colchester Stampede 2025 10K. This annual event, renowned for its scenic route through the beautiful Essex countryside and its vibrant, community-driven atmosphere, offered the perfect setting for our team to showcase their unwavering commitment to both physical fitness and meaningful community engagement. With every step taken along the picturesque course, our runners were surrounded by lovely Essex landscapes, cheering spectators, and a shared sense of purpose, whilst our volunteers helping the Mind team enjoyed dressing up as some of the local wildlife.

We are incredibly proud that TechWyse, a local IT support company, had the opportunity to once again sponsor Mid and North East Essex Mind, a charity that plays a vital and transformative role in supporting mental health services throughout our region. For the past three years, our sponsorship of this remarkable organisation during the Colchester Stampede has been about much more than just crossing the finish line. It represents our deep-rooted dedication to raising awareness, generating essential funds, and advocating for accessible mental health support for all. By standing alongside Mid and North East Essex Mind, we aim to contribute to a future where mental well-being is prioritised, understood, and supported across every corner of our community.

Race day was nothing short of inspiring. The atmosphere was electric with excitement, camaraderie, and a shared determination to make a difference. Our team members, who had trained diligently for weeks leading up to the event, demonstrated incredible perseverance and team spirit. They pushed their limits, beat personal bests, and encouraged one another every step of the way. The cheers from enthusiastic spectators lining the route added an extra boost of motivation, reminding our runners that they were part of something bigger than themselves – a collective effort to support a cause that touches countless lives In Essex as it does everywhere.

At TechWyse, we firmly believe in the power of community, the importance of giving back, and the value of leading by example. Our involvement in the Colchester Stampede 2025 and our continued support for Mid and North East Essex Mind are just two of the many ways we strive to make a lasting, positive impact. Lastly, a big thank you to Colchester Zoo for hosting this event. As has become tradition a few runners visited the zoo after the race for a post run cool down and a bit of refueling! This year we were treated to an amazing close up encounter with a trio of extremely cute of Titi monkeys plaiting their tails together whilst they waited for their lunch.
